Heavy snowfall and low temperatures have blocked the Bypaas in Qafë-Murrizë, part of the Arbri road. The road has been blocked for more than an hour.
It is learned that the passage is blocked and the snowplows are working to clear the road and return traffic to normal.
ARRSH urges drivers to use winter tires.
"Due to heavy snowfall currently and in the future, accompanied by low temperatures, crossing the Murriz Bypass becomes dangerous for users of vehicles not equipped with winter tires. For this reason, we ask for the understanding of all those users without equipped with winter tires or chains that will not be allowed to cross the Murriz Bypass until the snow is completely cleared ," writes ARRSH.
