Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu said that Prime Minister Rama's resolution will fail, as it is simply declarative and an expression of political will.
While speaking about the meeting of the Socialist Party, Spahiu showed some problems which, according to him, will lead to the failure of the resolution.
"Today's meeting and the product that the Socialist Party produced do not have the support of anyone. First, it was done without the support and consultancy of the United States of America and the European Union.
It was even rushed to be done before July 1 when the US ambassador arrives who cannot support such a one-sided initiative that directly interferes with the judicial power, the latter does not have the support of the judicial power itself and the institutions.
So there is no expression from the institutions of justice to request the establishment of a supportive Parliamentary committee, thirdly, there is no support from the opposition and in all likelihood the resolution of the Socialist Party will not be voted by either the seal party or Re-establishment", said Kreshnik Spahiu for "Euronews Albania".
