Low temperatures are returning, several degrees below zero, but also rain and snow. In almost the entire territory of the country, the minimum temperature value will be below zero degrees, with the 'record' being set in Tropoja and Dibër, where the value will be 9 degrees below zero.
During Tuesday, Albania will be affected by relatively unstable weather conditions, while the weather is forecast to be clear and gradually increase in cloudiness to dense.
According to the Military Meteorological Service, rainfall is expected to become present in the evening hours, initially in the south and gradually spreading to the rest of the country.
In the southeast at altitudes above 600-700 meters and in the mountainous reliefs in the east at altitudes above 800-900 meters, low-intensity snowfall.
The wind will blow from the northeast to the east, with an average speed of 9 m/s, along the coastline and valley areas with speeds of up to 20 m/s.
The sea waves are expected to be force 3-4.
