The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, in an exclusive confession for Alban Dudushi's "3D" show, has stated that there are cases under investigation even within the Special Structure regarding the leak of investigative secrets.
According to Duman, investigations have been opened within the SPAK against everyone who made possible the leak of investigative secrets.
Duman pointed out that anyone who makes possible the leakage of information or commits another criminal offense will be held criminally liable.
"As for the leak of the secret, and the journalists of the chronicle are witnesses that it has been greatly minimized thanks to the measures taken as an institution. We also opened investigations, there within us for each other for prosecutors, for investigators, anyone who was in contact with the information that was leaked. I guarantee you that if there are prosecutors of the Special Prosecutor's Office, investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation, who makes it possible to leak information or commit another criminal offense, he will be held criminally liable.
