Artan Hoxha spoke about the challenge that Sali Berisha is making to the prosecutors and the court, not recognizing the decision to appear before the judicial police officer.
Hoxha said that there cannot be a harsher measure for Berisha, due to his age.

What about the opposition? They are fiery. Rama does it on purpose, he has let the opposition clash with the Guard of the Republic and Rama laughs, holds the card up. All the energy of the opposition is channeled to those chairs there.
Berisha is under investigation, there is a security measure and he did not respect the Court's decision. Legally, he has sent the lawyers who are following the process.
At this moment, should the SPAK address the Assembly, to tighten the security measure? Of course. Why is it not addressed? I suspect that, from the beginning, SPAK took security measures without sending it to the Assembly. Berisha is trying to move the battle to the Assembly and SPAK is not giving him this opportunity.
Berisha takes the prosecutors home every day, deals with them every day. Berisha asks that they take the matter to the Assembly and they do not give him this opportunity. They pretend they don't see that they are breaking the law.
We face the fact, or there has to be another process and I know there are other investigations. But again, there cannot be a harsher measure for Berisha, first of all because of his age.
