Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu commented on the Berlin Process Summit that will be held tomorrow in Tirana.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, Spahiu emphasized that there are sources that Kurti has given messages that he will not accept the association.
He further underlined that Kurti is playing with two standards, which according to him is to the detriment of Kosovo.
"All the sources from Berlin are that Albin Kurti has given messages that he will not accept the association. There are two ways, either you will keep the Serbs in the North by force or you will live with them. We are not interested in a plan B of the Americans and the Europeans.
Albin Kurti must definitely give the guarantee of making the Association within the constitutional powers that he is trying to avoid. So play with two standards. There cannot be two approaches, there is only one solution which must open the way for dialogue. Vucic is playing checkmate. If the dialogue is not opened, Kosovo will not benefit either from the funds or from the lifting of sanctions", he said.
