The next hearing for Beler on November 7, SPAK calls 8 people to testify

The next hearing for the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri, will be held on November 7.

In the process that was held this Tuesday, Beleri was not personally present at the session, but was represented by the defense lawyers, who received the court's response to some previous requests in the previous sessions.

The Special Court dismissed the preliminary requests of Fredi Beleri and Pandeli Kokaveshi for declaring the investigative documents invalid.

GJKKO assessed that this request was not based on the law.

Fredi Beler's lawyers also requested the exclusion of the judicial body, considering this decision-making as unilateral and this request, according to the court, will be examined at a later time.

Also on November 7, the 8 witnesses of the Special Prosecution will be heard, who have raised the accusation of election corruption against Fredi Beleri.
