Crime has extended its 'tentacles' to the justice bodies. There have been quite a few cases where prosecutors and judges have been denounced for their ties to criminal groups. But there are also those cases when crime manages to "sink" the people of justice who dare to fight it. The former official of the State Police, Shemsi Prençi, brings up the case of the prosecutor Anton Martini, whom he says was dismissed by the gangs.
" The scandal was brought to my attention by the lawyer and I thank him. One of them requested the right to reconsider the decision in Strasbourg.

Prosecutor Anton Martini was dismissed on June 10, 2021 by the Special Appeal Board, interrupting his objective to be part of SPAK.
He was dismissed from office, after it was found that he had made an incorrect declaration of his assets and that he could not justify the properties he had.
Martini was confirmed in office by the first level of vetting, but the Public Commissioner appealed the decision to the KPA, finding inconsistencies in what he declared. Regarding Martin, Vetting has found irregularities in the declaration of assets, while there have been several complaints against him.
He started his career in the justice system in 1999 and was appointed prosecutor in the Prosecution of Serious Crimes in 2004.
In 2015, Martini was transferred to Shkodër by the Prosecution Council of the time, a decision which he contested for irregularities. Martini returned to the Prosecution of Serious Crimes in 2018.
The KPK confirmed him in office at the end of January, while with today's decision of the KPA, Martini has been finally dismissed from the judicial system.
