This is one of the conversations captured by wiretaps of 4 traffic police officers in Lushnje, one of them Klisman Çela, arrested on suspicion of corruption.
The Police Supervision Agency, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, kept the officers under surveillance from April to September, intercepting and observing them during their duty in the field.

During these months, the investigators eavesdropped on their incriminating conversations, as well as were observed during field work, where according to the investigation file that TV Klan has, they are seen taking the monetary values and then not imposing the fines.
Also, through AMP agents, simulated actions were carried out that confirm the involvement of at least officer Klisman Çela in corruption, while investigations continue for other officers.
