A fire broke out this afternoon in Sheqishte, Roskovec.
According to sources, the incident occurred during the installation of plastic pipes that were being used as part of the drainage board's investment to take water from the Kurjani Swamp for irrigation of agricultural lands.
The flames spread rapidly, covering the entire area with black clouds of smoke.
Firefighters are at the scene where they have managed to extinguish the flames. As can be seen from the footage provided, the 1.5-meter-diameter pipes have been completely burned.
