A single-story apartment was engulfed in flames this Thursday morning in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood in Lezha.
The incident occurred around 08:00, and the fire destroyed one of the rooms of the house.
No family members were in the apartment at the time the flames spread. The fire was discovered by neighbors, who notified the fire department and the police.
According to preliminary data, it is suspected that the cause of the fire was an electrical resistor left on. The investigation team is working to fully clarify the circumstances.
