Residents of Rrjoll protested again and clashed with police officers. During the intervention, authorities escorted six people, including a woman.
After the demonstrations, the residents moved to the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, where they continued their opposition to the police actions and the project to build a resort in the area.
One of the residents stated that the protest has entered its 16th day and demanded the authorities withdraw from the project. She said that the residents will not give up the properties they consider as inherited lands.
"We have been protesting for 16 days. The police have raped us, men and women and children. Please, leave us, get away from our land, the land of our ancestors. We will not leave the land! Please, leave. Because some black destruction will be done to our youth," said one of the protesters.
