
Albania has restored visas with Belarus.
In an official announcement, it is said that the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Republic of Belarus, for the mutual removal of visa requirements, has been partially suspended.
The decision also states that the partial suspension of the agreement extends only to diplomatic and service passports.

DECISION ON THE PARTIAL SUSPENSION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS ON THE RECIPROCAL LIABILITY OF VISA REQUIREMENTS
In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 30 of Law No. 43/2016, "On International Agreements in the Republic of Albania", with the proposal of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
1. The partial suspension of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Republic of Belarus, for the mutual removal of visa requirements, approved by decision no. 152, dated 19.2.2020, of the Council of Ministers.
2. The partial suspension of the agreement extends only to diplomatic and service passports.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette", the official announcement states
