Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has spoken about the serious incident in Shkodër where it is suspected that Alma Arrazi committed suicide along with her 3 children.
He stated that the case could have been a murder. According to Njjela, the autopsy should draw conclusions about this event, but there is still no conclusion.
Lawyer Spartak Nzhela expressed his conviction that it is impossible for the children to drown together with their mother.
"It is murder. It's not suicide. Suicide usually leaves a mark. Where is the mother who kills the child and does not show the reason? So, they must have killed them and dumped them there. But the fact that there are no signs of murder means that they were justifiably drowned. The autopsy reveals these, but so far the autopsy has been silent, it has not revealed the cause.
We do not know the cause of death of 4 people. Children cannot be drowned together with the mother. In 99% it is an absolute impossibility. Second, we need to know the reason why the mother kills the children. Usually, this in the professional term of the investigation is revenge against the husband. To know why, we need to know what conflict they had together", said Ngjela for TCH.
According to Njjela, if it really is suicide, then it may have been done for revenge of Alma Arraz against her husband.
"We do not know the cause of the incident. There is no evidence for the drive to commit suicide, there must be abuse and other things that drive you to that act. It is a very difficult investigation. They have arrested the husband but we don't know why, is it a push for suicide or a criminal act?
If the act of drowning the children is real, it is revenge against the husband. We do not know her internal conflict with her husband, only the latter's arrest," added the lawyer.
