Agim Sallaku, one of the most professional pilots of the Albanian Army Air Force, has closed his eyes forever.
The lieutenant colonel, who participated in hundreds of evacuation, search and rescue and natural emergency operations with the FA helicopter, has passed away from a serious illness.
Lieutenant Colonel Agim Sallaku was treated abroad months ago, but unfortunately when it seemed that he won the battle with the serious illness, it attacked him treacherously, separating him forever from his family, friends and colleagues in the Air Force.
He was a professional of the Armed Forces, one of the best pilots of the Albanian army, a loving husband, father of two wonderful children and a model citizen of the Republic.
