The second tender was announced on August 29, 2022 and made on October 5, 2022, with a contract value of 2 billion and 723 million old ALL with VAT; as an addition to the first contract, as if unforeseen works had appeared, while the government added 4 million Euros, for the implementation of some ideas that Babloku had thrown.
In total, the Municipality of Tirana and the Albanian Government, for the revival of the former Pyramid, financed 21 million Euros, confirmed by the Ministry of Finance.
While in the papers, it is noted that the Albanian-American Fund has financed its reconstruction, through agreement No. 638/237, dated July 2, 2020; but this agreement is kept secret and is not published in the tender files, not even the Municipality that made the tenders, declares what value this foundation financed.
