
Six people accused of fraud through the 'XUEX' platform appeared before the Fier Court today to be informed of the security measure.
Arbër Çela, Emanuel Taullau, Flavio Mukaj, Marius Kodra, Brunilda Todi, and Brunilda Ndini are accused of having played a key role in the operation of this fraudulent scheme and are charged with the criminal offenses of "Pyramid Fraud Scheme" and "Computer Fraud".
The mother and aunt of one of the arrested, Emanuel Taullau, have spoken to the media, denying the accusations against their relative and claiming that they were uninformed.
Even Emanuel Taullau's mother states that she gave her son the money to invest in 'XUEX', as she wanted her son to have some spare money. Separately, the aunt states that her nephew worked as a waiter.
