After Elbasan, SPAK is carrying out another action today in the capital, where six security measures have been signed.
The file concerns international arms traffic, while an arsenal of ammunition has been blocked.
Meanwhile, yesterday SPAK conducted a wide operation where they issued 30 arrest warrants.
The operation called "Golden Bullet 2" took place immediately after the arrest of the much wanted Nuredin Dumani, who was caught during the coded police operation "Escape" in Fier.
We remind you that the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime last week conducted operations in several cities of the country after more than 30 arrest warrants were signed following the statements of the repentant justices, as well as based on the communications on Sky Ecc.
The operation is a continuation of the "Golden Bullet", as several murders that occurred in several cities of the country, including Elbasan, where 6 criminal events were solved, were solved.
One of the events revealed by SPAK is what is known as the Bradashesh massacre of December 2018, where Endrit Alibeaj, Alben Dylgjeri and a Romanian citizen with a Turkish passport, a family friend, were executed.
The murder of Klevis Kapllani, who was executed with 14 bullets in September 2020, has also been clarified. Klevis Kapllani is suspected to have been ambushed due to criminal events in Elbasan.
As part of the operation, the assassination attempt against the Baho brothers was revealed, where one of them was a victim (Klevi Baho) and the other was injured (Sandër Baho). Klevi Baho was killed in an assassination attempt in July 2019 in Elbasan. (Read more)
The operation also revealed the murder of Andi Zylyfi and the wounding of his friend, Ardit Uruçi, which happened in December 2019 in Peqin. Zylyfi and Uruçi were shot with machine gun fire as soon as they left a bar and got into their car. The main track of the investigation was that of revenge due to the family ties that the 26-year-old victim, Zylyfi, had with Endrit Alibeaj, who was executed at the Bradashes roundabout together with two other people. Meanwhile, among the people who have been signed arrest warrants, there are also police officers and former justice officials. According to the same sources, a security measure of "house arrest" has also been assigned to the former judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetahu.
Fetahu turns out to be the person who forged a document and a court decision. She also has a family relationship with the Çopja brothers from Elbasan as one of the brothers is married to the latter's daughter.
As part of the SPAK operation, the deputy director of the Bradashesh prison, Martin Musaj, was also arrested for connection with criminal groups in Elbasan. After being imprisoned, Musaj was dismissed from the post of deputy director of the prison.
There is still no official announcement from SPAK regarding the operation, while more information is expected in the future.
