The deputy of the Democratic Party, Luan Baçi, said that today he was called to SPAK after being accused of concealing assets.
In a television program, Baçi said that his appearance at the Special Prosecutor's Office was made to be questioned in connection with a denunciation that was made against him, through which he was accused of concealing wealth.
"I was also at SPAK, an officer took me today and told me you should come for a statement. I went and declared. They called me for a complaint filed against me, which said that I did not declare my income. SPAK had received the denunciation, opened the file. He told me how much property you have, I told him I have this... No, if they issued me an order, show up, because I wouldn't be a widow if it was in that form. There is a legal procedure", Baçi said while talking about the appointment of the security measure "obligation to appear" for Sali Berisha in relation to the affair of the former Partizani complex.
