The Special Prosecutor's Office requested the confiscation of Florenc Çapja's assets, as they are suspected to derive from his criminal activity.
SPAK informs that based on the "Antimafia" law, the investigations have confirmed that the seized assets are unjustified and are suspected to originate from criminal activities. The assets include land, buildings and vehicles in the cities of Pogradec and Elbasan, as well as an economic entity with the activity "Lavazh Bar-Cafe".
In total, these 10 properties are owned by Florenc Çapias and people related to him, including his family and friends. The prosecution requested the final confiscation of these assets.
Florenc Çapja is accused by SPAK of ordering the murder in 2012 of father and son Nezir and Gentian Beqiri in Elbasan. He is in Dubai enjoying his freedom and benefiting from the lack of an extradition agreement between the Albanian government and Dubai authorities.
At the same time, against Florenc Çapjas, SPAK has brought the charge of "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of Sokol Sanxhaktari, carried out in the special cooperation of the "Structured Criminal Group", "Structured Criminal Group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by "Structured criminal group and criminal organization".

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime submitted to the Special Court of First Instance on 09.01.2025 the request for the confiscation of assets seized in the context of property proceedings no. 6 of 2022.
This property proceeding was registered on the basis of the criminal investigation in charge of the citizen Florenc Çapia, suspected of the criminal offenses: "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder" to the detriment of the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, carried out in the special cooperation of " Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/1, 334 of the Criminal Code.
Based on the provisions of law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009, "On the Prevention and Punishment of Organized Crime, Trafficking, Corruption and other Crimes through Preventive Measures against Wealth", amended by Law No. 70/2017, movable and immovable assets* have been identified and seized of the subject Florenc Çapia and persons related to him. At the end of the property investigation, it turns out that the seized assets are unjustified from legal sources and therefore it is assumed that they are the result of the criminal activity of Florenc Çapia.
The seized assets for which confiscation is requested are:
The arable property, with an area of 500 m2, with address Udenisht, Pogradec, owned by citizen Ferit Muça.
The property is an economic-social building type, one floor, with a land area of 36.2 m2, building area, 25.73 m2, with address Lagjia "Emin Matraxhiu", Elbasan, owned by citizen Fejzulla Ramazan Çapia (father of citizen Florenc Çapia).
Property of the type land + land + building, with a total area of 1756 m2, land with an area of 450 m2, building area of 214 m2, owned by citizens Fejzulla Ramazan Çapia and Xhemile Bajram Çapia (father and mother of citizen Florenc Çapia).
Property of the residential building type, with land area 498.8 m2, building area 293.8 m2. Residential building 2 floors + 1 underground floor, with address Lagjia "Emin Matraxhiu", Elbasan, owned by citizen Fejzulla Ramazan Çapia (father of citizen Florenc Çapia).
Land + Building type property, with a total area of 360 m2, social-economic building area, 1st floor 120 m2, with address Lagjia "Emin Matraxhiu", Elbasan, owned by Bledar Mefail Muça.
Arê property, with a total area of 720 m2, with the address Lagjia "Emin Matraxhiu", Elbasan, owned by citizens Fejzulla Ramazan Çapia and Xhemile Bajram Çapia.
