Journalist Klodiana Lala has analyzed the action of SPAK, coded "Golden Bullet 2", which dismantled the criminal group of brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja. Lala said that the action had dealt a strong blow to one of the most influential criminal organizations in Albania.
Among other things in her speech, Lala spoke about a "central figure" who laundered money in Albania for two brothers from Elbasan. But he did not mention names.
"For organized crime, SPAK has scored an extraordinary success. I did two shows for the Çopja brothers. Franc and Hajdar Çopja are today considered two of the most important persons of organized crime. The Alibej and Çopja groups are the two toughest and most dangerous groups that have operated in Elbasan.
