The SP-PD pact for closed lists, Spahiu: It was done deliberately during the holiday season because attention is scarce

Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has commented on the pact for the closed PD-SP lists. According to him, the agreement was made at the height of the tourist season where attention is the least.

Further, Spahiu adds that the president will not decree the change in the electoral code, as it is unconstitutional.

"The lawyers have advised the president not to sign. The Berisha-Rama Pact was deliberately voted and signed at the height of the tourist season so that it would be forgotten and not paid attention to. I think the president will neither sign it nor reverse it. I will pass it quietly so that it does not become part of the unconstitutional pact of closed lists. Some MPs will be chosen by the party chairman. A part will be chosen by the party.
