A scandal happened today where the director of the Traffic Police Directorate, Altin Qato, slapped a citizen during the protest on the Thumanë-Kashar axis.
In the video filmed by the citizens, the senior leader of the Traffic Police, Altin Qato, is seen shooting the protester in the shoulder, where it is learned that the cause of the act of violence was noise pollution.
The head of the Traffic Police hit the citizen after the latter honked his horn continuously after being stuck in the protest traffic. This action revolted Qato as he lost his torua and slapped the citizen.
Altin Qato broke the law himself first and then ordered his escort.
