Flow in the Port of Durrës, 6 thousand travelers pass through it per day

The first days of August have brought an extraordinary flow of travelers to the port of Durrës.

Albanians who live and work in the countries of the European Union are returning to their homeland to enjoy the summer holidays. Likewise, the number of foreigners who come to Albania by sea is also large.

The port authorities anticipate a daily flow of about 6,000 travelers entering and leaving through this border point, using the five ferries operating on the Durrës-Bari and Durrës-Ancona lines.

Foreign tourists come with a lot of curiosity and enthusiasm to discover the beauties of Albania and to enjoy its special hospitality.

During the month of July, around 85,000 travelers arrived at the port of Durrës, while 27,041 passengers were registered at the exit.
