There is no surprise with the secret tendering procedure developed by SPAK, for the licensing of cyber programs that serve to break down and retrieve data from phones, computers, laptops.
Just as the journalist of "Ora News" Elton Qyno warned 5 days ago, the Israeli company "Cellebrite DI Ltd" based in "Em Hamoshavot St., Petah Tikva (Israel), has been declared the winner of the secret tender developed by SPAK, with purpose "Renewal of licenses of examination devices for mobile phones".
SPAK engages in this contract to pay 144 thousand dollars to the Israelis of "Cellebrite DI Ltd", for 12 consecutive months until December 2025, asking the latter to crack the codes of phones, computers, laptops and any equipment other cyber for the purpose of obtaining data.
This Israeli company, including the other Croatian company "INSig2 doo" based in Zagreb, led by Goran Oparnica, were selected through a negotiated procedure and not an open competition between other competitors.
On September 16, 2024, for the Croatians of "INSig2 doo" SPAK decided to spend 36 thousand euros from the budget only for the renewal of licenses of equipment and examination programs for mobile phones, computers and other equipment, not counting the purchase of programs.
Now, to this contract is added the second contract of 144 thousand dollars, which SPAK concluded by negotiation with the Israeli company.
These two companies dismantle all phones that SPAK and BKH seize, including other computer equipment, thus avoiding examination of these equipment and cooperation with the State Police.
Anyone who brags to cafes that this phone does not open and how data can be obtained is wrong./ Oranews
