Another former socialist mayor has been charged by the Special Court.
It is about Libohova's first wife, Luiza Mandi, for whom the Special Prosecutor's Office has charged her with the criminal offense of "abuse of duty".
"Ora News" learns that it is about a complaint made by a citizen, who claimed that the municipality is developing a road expansion project on the properties of his family members.
Acknowledging this fact, the citizen himself contacted the Mayor and the head of Urban Planning, where they explained that after the completion of the project, they would deal with the repair of the damage caused to his land, as well as cleaning the soil and inerts that were thrown
But during the completion of the works by the "Alba Construction" company, the whistleblower found that the surrounding wall was not built in the right quality, but was also extended to other areas of land owned by him.
Under these conditions, the Special Prosecutor's Office has started work in the field where it has seized the project in question and it has been established that the property of the family was violated by Libohova.
According to the documents, during the development of the project in question, the expropriation procedure was not implemented, which also brought the plaintiff's economic damage, in the amount of 362,480 lek.
According to the sources, Luiza Mandi turns out to be outside the Republic of Albania, and while the investigation against her was carried out in absentia, she is free.
