Anterio Kaloshi, sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Zamir Latif and Jurgen Hoxha, has addressed a request to the Special Court, requesting the exit from the special regime "41 bis" in Peqin prison.
For more than 1 month and three days, Kaloshi is being held in isolation in this strict prison regime, as the information sent to the Minister of Justice has established that the convict has violated a series of procedures that contradict the internal rules in prisons and serving a criminal sentence.
Based on this situation, Minister Ulsi Manja, with order no. 127, dated April 2, 2024, ordered the prisons directorate to isolate Kaloshi in the special regime.
Kaloshi was transferred from the Burrel high security prison to the Peqin prison, where the "41 biz" regime was built.
All the convicts who are subject to this isolation regime are transferred to Peqin, as the other premises of this regime set up in the detention center "313 Jordan Misja" in Tirana, have been made available to the collaborators of the SPAK prosecution, who are waiting to testify in court crimes and their accomplices.
It is expected that this week in the GJKKO the first session of the confrontation of the parties will take place, where Anterio Kaloshi, requests the cancellation of the order of Minister Manja and his return to the premises of the high security prison in Burrel, where he is serving a prison sentence of eternal.
