Lawyer Spartak Ngjela says that Edi Rama is also afraid of SPAK, but shares the belief that the Special Prosecution Office will not reach the Prime Minister.
He stated that SPAK head Altin Duman was summoned to the US to deepen the fight against corruption, but he doubts that he could be offered a higher position.
According to the lawyer, Duman could be made Minister of Justice.
"These people thought they could buy everything, but they couldn't buy SPAK. All those who have committed crimes will go there. Everyone has an opinion and the right to have their own opinion, which is why they called Duman to the USA."
They didn't call it in vain, but to deepen the anti-corruption fight in Albania. If they go up to the socialists, they have a majority in parliament and they don't lift their immunities. The point is, whatever happens with the socialists, they have let them go two or three times.
But it's not just them, there are mayors inside, it's a criminal process with many actors against the socialists, but the main question is this: will it go all the way to Rama? If it goes to Rama. Will the majority let Rama go? No!
But he doesn't know what's going on because it's also Washington's power. They want to bring Albania to Europe through SPAK. There is a criminal process and Saliu, the question is will he be punished? SPAK has not given any acquittals so far.
They can let time pass and the statute of limitations catch up with them, that might be the only thing, otherwise it can't be fixed. Because there are also the mechanisms of lawyers, because the lawyer finds a procedural way and you don't have to accuse him.
Who will be the contender to be Attorney General in Albania? Rama has investigated the subjects he will have in the government, he has requested the help of the secret services so that those he will appoint as ministers are clean, because they have connections to the US and Washington, because the FBI is in the middle.
The time has come for him to have a government with personalities, the signs are that he has understood in these moments that we are in this historic situation, we need a high-level government. Dumani is on the run, why did they call him? Then they have a plan for something bigger.
Maybe they'll make him Minister of Justice. But if he was called in for secret issues, that's another matter. Either he was called in for American support in the next government, or for the secrets he has.
The main thing is that to go higher than it was, Rama is the one who has it in hand. All the technical people have returned to politics, he is a phenomenon in a democratic state.
"Usually, Washington calls the Attorney General for Prime Minister. He cannot be Prime Minister, but there is a possibility that he will be offered a higher position than he has been. He is reserved in speech, speaks correctly and professionally," Ngjela told McN TV.
