Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has spoken about SPAK's refusal to accept Olsi Rama's request to the chairman of the Parliamentary Group, Gazmend Bardhi regarding the accused as being involved in the drug laboratory in Xibraka.
Gjokutaj said that SPAK's refusal to accept Olsi Rama's request means that there are some truths in these accusations that must be investigated and clarified to the end.

SPAK must review the case and if there is new evidence from those that were examined in the trial and I don't know how it was done procedurally if the case was registered and dismissed against him.
What I know today is that SPAK has not accepted Olsi Rama's report against Bardhi. The report for defamation by Olsi Rama was addressed to Bardhi, and SPAK did not see fit to file this report.
