SPAK has not even registered the lawsuit for false report initiated by the prime minister's brother, Olsi Rama, with the argument that Gazment Bardhi has not filed a report against Olsi Rama.
In the argument of the accusation, it is added that in order to do this action, the chairman of the democratic parliamentary group would have to submit the document to the prosecution body.
In the register of notifications of criminal offences, it is informed that no criminal charges have been registered. With this argument, SPAK has decided not to register the lawsuit filed by Olsi Rama against Gazment Bardhi for false reporting.
Further in the argument, it is added that in order to accept this request, the respondent would have to have previously carried out concrete actions either at the special prosecutor's office or at the judicial police. Meanwhile, the arguments have been sent to the interested persons.
