Alqi Bllak's lawyer, Sokol Hazizaj, has spoken to the media. He stated that SPAK's position is illegal and unconstitutional.

According to him, SPAK will have to drop the charge of abuse of office that was identified by the court of the preliminary session.

According to him, at the moment SPAK does not take into account the decision of the Court of the preliminary session, SPAK is acting outside the law.

"The charges raised by the investigative procedural body were unfair. Under these conditions, the court of the preliminary hearing also identified this faskt.

The court will normally, in our legal opinion, maintain a simple position, as long as the Prosecution maintains the same charge, it will have to dismiss the charge of abuse of office.

SPAK is maintaining an illegal and unconstitutional position. I have stated that SPAK acts without reference to court decisions. If the Court does not take a fair position, the court of the preliminary session is out of the game," he said.
