After the decision of the Supreme Court, which forces SPAK to investigate the murders of January 21, the Special Prosecutor's Office has started the investigation. Today, Artan Hoxha appeared to deliver the tape with the recordings of the conversations between the leaders of the Guard.
Analyst Andi Bushati, invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV, said that the murders of January 21 are state murders carried out by order from above and that Sali Berisha must be accountable "as long as he is on this earth", but added that the justice system does not guarantee that it will investigate Berisha in a fair way, since he is caught and has given evidence that Edi Rama's opponents are investigated and punished using false witnesses.
" We know that this is a state, political murder, ordered from above. Will SPAK and the court prove that Berisha gave the order? Did Berisha go through Basha, or directly to Ndrea Prendi? I can't say that.
But I have no doubt today what that event is. It's the same version we had here 12 years ago.
Political, state murder, murder by order. I don't need to understand who gave the order, because as a journalist I made a simple calculation, look at who was preoccupied to hide the traces of the event, so that you can understand the culprit.
The way Berisha tried to attack those who could clarify the event made them more guilty than the murder itself.
I think that Sali Berisha should give an account for January 21 as long as he is on this earth. But do we have justice that will judge Berisha independently and fairly? So far we have the evidence against, we have done justice that is punishing the opposition by fabricating false witnesses ," said Bushati.
