As it was warned by the municipality, the city of Vlora has been engulfed by rain and strong wind.
The torrential rain and strong wind caused problems, as a pine fell in the soda forest, thus blocking one direction of the road.
Fortunately, the fall of the pine tree on the road did not happen during the traffic, while the fire services arrived in the area.
Firefighters have cut the tree, removing it from the road piece by piece to unblock the road axis in this way.
