In May 2018, Ilir Meta paved the way for the return of Pajtime Fetah to the judiciary.
The SPAK file on the criminal group of Suel Çela in Elbasan clearly shows the terrible capture of the Court of Elbasan by organized crime.
In free conversations, Pajtime Fetah addresses Suel Çela with epithets such as; 'Morning star', 'light', 'heart', 'I only have you', 'life', 'breeze' etc., while Çela is more restrained, but very clear in his intentions, using the judge for closing his and the soldiers' files, to continue the criminal enterprise.
Among other things, Suel Çela says that he is committed to returning Pajtime Fetah to the judiciary after the suspension, since Likja (Ilir Meta) did not put it on the agenda. So, Suel Çela claims to have influenced Ilir Meta to pave the way for the return to the system of Pajtime Fetah, a judge with a mafia nature, after ordering the physical beating of journalist Saimir Kodra and lawyer Arben Llangozi.
The statements of Suel Çela, obtained by SPAK thanks to the breakdown of the SkyEcc application, are consistent with concrete actions of Ilir Meta, when he was in charge of the High Council of Justice due to his function as President of the Republic.
In February 2017, the High Council of Justice suspended the judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetah, from office and started disciplinary proceedings, as she was suspected of having committed acts and behavior that discredit the figure of the judge. The suspension of Judge Fetahu came after the publication on the investigative show "Stop" on January 31, 2017, of a number of interceptions of a citizen with the judge and a police officer, where they appeared shopping. The judge demanded 2 thousand euros for the release of a prisoner named Kristjan Leka.
In September of the same year (2017), the Prosecution of Serious Crimes dismissed the criminal case against the judge, on the grounds that the involvement of the judge in corruption was not proven. The case for the two realtors was transferred to the ordinary prosecution.
With the closure of the file, Pajtime Fetah asked to return to the system as a judge, a return that went through the High Council of Justice, which operated with two standards. We recall here the reasonless obstruction of Ina Rama to return to the system after her term as chief prosecutor ended, even though she had won the court battle with a final decision.
From May 2017 to May 2018, the KLD did not include in the agenda the request of Pajtime Fetah to once again take the hammer of justice. KLD was led precisely by Ilir Meta since July 24, 2017 when he was sworn in as President.
In May 2018, Ilir Meta paved the way for the return of Pajtime Fetah to the judiciary. But for Meta to be set in motion, the 'hand' of Suel Çela was needed. A video scandal published by Dritan Prifti in 2011 showed who is the power that moves Ilir Meta, but the SPAK file on his 25-year corruption proves just as clearly.
Meanwhile, in November 2021, Pajtime Fetah was subjected to another disciplinary proceeding by the High Inspector of Justice for violating the judge's image and impartiality in the trial, while the KLJ applied to her the measure of reducing her salary by 20%.
The investigation started after the publication of some facts broadcast on TV Klan's investigative program 'STOP', on 31.01.2017, which seriously discredited the position and figure of the judge, where it was claimed that the magistrate, in exchange for a monetary sum, had taken over the application of the minimum sentence for a defendant in custody, accused of three criminal offences. Perhaps this is also the reason why Pajtime Fetah wanted the "head" of the host of the show Saimir Kodra.
