Some of the conversations in SPAK's voluminous file about Suel Çela's criminal group, which led to the arrest of 18 people, two journalists under forced submission and a lawyer under house arrest, have been revealed.
In a conversation separated from the file, Suel Çela wrote to his colleague Klaus Matishi that he requested that the court give a sentence of no less than 25 years in prison for Astrit Sinanaj, a member of the rival group.
"We want him to be sentenced to 25 and above and the expert report to be unusable. In the SPAK file, it is said that from the context of the conversations, Suel Çela influenced the decision-making of the Court of Elbasan against the defendant Astri Sinanaj, accused of placing explosives in the vehicle of the citizen Fuad Verzivolli, known in these communications by the names "Miri" and nicknames "moth" and "Mir tenja".
Marjus Lulaj is suspected to have not only advised and agreed with judge Pajtime Fetahu, who participated in this process as a member of the judging panel. Pajtime Fetahi has coordinated and guided Marjus Lulaj on the actions to be taken in this court, but also with the other members of the judging panel.
In one of the conversations, Suel Çela says that Elbasan threatened one of the judges of the Court of First Instance, saying "I'll take you to Raviku, you said", "you sh*rru nbrek", "I understood, he said, I got the message" . The reference to the name Ravik is suspected to be related to the citizen Ravik Gurra executed in Elbasan on 22.03.2019.
During the date when the session was held in Fjala, it was Megi Fetahu, the daughter of the judge who informed Klaus that Astri Sinanaj will be sentenced to 25 years in prison.
