Former president Ilir Meta has reacted from prison for the release from "house arrest" for the chairman of PD, Sali Berisha.
In a post on social networks, Meta congratulates Berisha and the citizens who want and deserve justice.
Among other things, Meta states that de-Sorosification of justice and our society is a national emergency to restore the rule of law and protect national interests.
We remind you that for almost 1 month, Ilir Meta has been in prison.
"The warmest greetings to the leader of the Democratic Party, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha and congratulations to all citizens who want and deserve a state of law!
In particular, I want to greet Prof. Dr. Berisha with my statement, as President of the Republic, made on May 22, 2021, when he was declared "non grata", because I have always been convinced that that lightning card was drawn up against him by Edi Rama, Soros, Charles McGonigal, Rossini and The other Mcgonigals to destroy political pluralism for corrupt purposes and poison the relations between Albania and the USA.
Extraordinary thanks also to the Court of Strasbourg, which, like never before, has classified the "Berisha" case as a "leading case", that is, important, and communicated this announcement very quickly, without waiting for the exhaustion of domestic courts.
