Lawyer Romeo Kara says that the opposition is not doing civil disobedience, but a protest against the justice system, which he described as shameful.
Invited to 'Last hour', he said that because of the new justice, some want to leave politics while adding that PD has this protest only with justice.
"I don't think that these protests create the solidarity that the people need where the spirit of the protest has morals. Protesting against the justice system is shameful. We say thanks that we have a justice that is starting to bear its fruits, some institutions that are creating credibility. This credibility will have its own positive impact on the entire political system. In the conversations I have had with those who have faced justice, they have said that they never believed that this day would come. They want to get out of politics, to find political forms. They have this moment simply and only with the justice system", said the lawyer.
According to him, Sali Berisha should not only be arrested, but also put under the 41 bis regime.
"He thinks he is too young to come back to the head of the government. To respond to the law, he says he is of age. He broke the law, he is planting protests from the top of the terrace. He boldly tells others not to obey, fight with the policemen, disrupt the traffic in Tirana, but he himself does not come down to show how the law is not enforced. This man cannot inspire anyone. This is the wretched protest that ended in disgrace. He deserves 41 bis for me because he is opposing justice with protests. But he will be where he is to justify the defeat, to be the biggest opposition, he knows that he does not get power", said the lawyer.
