Safet Gjici became the next mayor of Rilindja to leave office after a sexual scandal erupted in his hands. The first to leave with this motivation is Shukri Xhelili, who in 2015, shortly after being elected mayor of Dibra Municipality, a similar intimate video was published.
Xhelili was sentenced to 4 years in prison for using his position for sexual favors. Vangjush Dako does not belong to any of these groups.
He has been rumored and accused of ties to criminal groups, he has been accused of corruption, but he left office on his own in 2019. The other renaissance mayor removed 'violently' from office is Lefter Alla of Bulqiza. He was charged with corruption just a few weeks before the May 14 elections.

Fatos Tushe of Lushnje was also accused, arrested and sentenced for corruption, while in his career, unlike other names, at least he has not been rumored to be related to crime.
