Gunshots were reported in the early hours of this Friday morning at a bar in Fushë Krujë. The owner of the bar turned out to be Mond Voga, who was the former driver of Arjan Ndoja, who was assassinated in 2019, at a time when he was a prosecutor.
According to forensic expert Ervin Karamuço, this event is a message that the perpetrators attempted to convey.
" From the circumstances at the scene, it is only for threats, blackmail. Or to give a message. I think the incident with the lawyer is very distant and has no connection to that event. It may be related to events that are more recent. After all, lawyer Ilia had the problems he had and justice was taken. It is best not to draw a parallel because I think they are things that have no connection to each other ," he said in an interview with "AbcNews".
He also emphasized that this event, according to him, may have in its problematic situations that pertain to the individual.
"I don't think this has anything to do with Mr. Ndoja. But with problems related to the area, the property and that belong to him as an individual. So the focus should be more on this part. Regarding the motives, the targeted person himself should speak, but in such events, security cameras, shell casings, at the scene, data from various witnesses should be seen. There are many actions that are being taken by the investigative group ," he further said.
