The circulation of air masses of continental origin will dictate the weather in our country, bringing stable atmospheric conditions, where clear skies and low clouds will be dominant throughout the territory, but more focused clouds will appear in the mountainous areas along the Eastern stretch, bring problems with pronounced frosts on road axes as temperatures remain a few degrees below zero.
Air temperatures will remain low in the morning but will rise slightly in the afternoon, fluctuating daily values from -4°C to 15°C. The wind will blow light and medium at a speed of 30 km/h from the permanent Eastern direction, bringing low waves to the sea coasts.

Air masses of continental origin will condition in the Republic of Kosovo; weather, mostly stable, causing clear skies to be dominant until after noon when clouds are expected to appear first in the northern areas and gradually during the afternoon they will cover the entire territory of Kosovo. It is predicted that in the late hours of the night, clouds will gather in most of the Republic of Kosovo. Air temperatures will drop to minimum values, but the maximum values will increase, fluctuating; the minimum -7 °C and the maximum will rise up to 7 °C in the city of Prizren. The wind will blow moderately; but from time to time it strengthens reaching a speed of 30 km/h from the permanent East direction.
North Macedonia
Stable air masses will continue their influence in the whole republic of MV, bringing alternations of clearness and cloudiness, where the most pronounced clearness will appear in the western and southwestern areas of MV. This atmospheric situation will accompany us until late in the evening when it is expected to increase cloudiness and humidity in the air in most of the territory of the Republic of MV, causing the cold to be felt even more. As for air temperatures, they will drop slightly in the early hours of the morning, but midday brings their increase, fluctuating daily values from -6°C minimum to 9°C maximum value in the territory range. The wind will blow lightly in the morning, but will strengthen in the afternoon, reaching a maximum speed of over 35 km/h from the North-East direction.
Europe
The Mediterranean region remains under the influence of stable air masses, where clear weather and low temperatures will be dominant as a result of cold and dry air masses of Siberian origin. Also, most of Europe will be under the influence of clear and frequent clouds but without rain, while the weather situation will continue to be problematic for the countries of Eastern Europe and the Nordic countries, where heavy snowfall and strong storms winds will be dominant.
