Regarding this issue, Gjon Preçi, a neuro-psychiatrist at the hospital in Shkodra, in an interview for "Ora News", said that Alma received light outpatient treatment a few years ago, but it was not at all a case of deep depression or mental health.
"We are dealing with someone with stress, with a headache, but not that he was in a serious situation.
The problem she presented at that time was of moderate level, and it was not a major problem in terms of her illness.
So there was no evidence that she had major problems identified and the problems at that time did not lead to such an act that she undertook.
