Journalist Artan Hoxha has commented on the civil disobedience of the opposition on October 7.
Hoxha said that he thought that October 7 would resemble "January 21". He said that it seemed from the beginning that October 7 would not be "January 21", because the protest started at dinner and not earlier.
The journalist emphasized that the Guard of the Republic still uses the same form of communication as in the January 21 protest, with radio, as this way is more efficient to coordinate actions.
According to Hoxha, in the October 7 protest, the opposition took more care of the protesters and the "decor" of the protest, in order for the civil disobedience to be reflected in the foreign media.
"From what we saw at the October 7 protest, the Guard was present to record and film everything. Radio communication continues to be the same. The Guard uses the same way of communication, that is, on the radio, because it gives them the opportunity to coordinate actions. The preparations for October 7 were as if it were January 21. But it didn't happen like that, also because it started at dinner and usually when the protest starts at dinner, it doesn't end with something major. In contrast to January 21, in this protest they took more care of the Molotov cocktails and flames, so that it would have an effect on the international media. The police used tear gas in the parliament. The gas is used excessively, because for one hour it was out of control", said Hoxha for "News 24".
