The General Appeal has postponed the hearing for the doctor Dervish Hasi, who was arrested for trafficking minors and pornography.
He was represented by lawyer Ndeu Pjetra and asked for the postponement of the session to familiarize himself with the acts, since he was defended by lawyer Roland Islami in the First Instance. On Wednesday, February 7, at 12 o'clock, the next session will be held.
The surgeon Dervish Hasi appealed the decision of the Tirana Court, which left him in "prison custody", where he asked for the relaxation of the security measures. The Court of Appeal will evaluate the request legally, as he denies that he sexually abused the 16-year-old as claimed, proving that he had a marriage with her with witnesses.
The minor, who at that time was only 14 years old, and doctor Hasi met at the "Shefqet Ndroqi" hospital. Has had 3 other women in the apartment, while the minor would be his fourth wife.
