Journalist Lavdrim Lita said that the issue of immigrants is alarming.
He said that Albanians will pay millions of lek for immigrants who are expected to come from abroad.
According to him, the Albanian state has co-responsibility with the Italian side for this agreement and they should invest to guarantee the rights of African citizens.
"There is no extra territory of Italy in our country, so the Albanian government is co-responsible for the immigrant treatment centers, that is, the Albanian government must invest and guarantee the rights of African citizens in the Republic of Albania.
Albanian citizens will pay millions of euros to treat 36 thousand African immigrants in a year. The Albanian state has co-responsibility with the Italian side for this agreement", said Lita to Euronews Albania.
