The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared this Monday at SPAK to enforce the mandatory reporting security measure.
After leaving the Prosecution Office premises, Berisha continued with the accusations against this institution and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani. He emphasized that none of the cartel leaders are in prison as they were informed to escape.
