"The Constitution was violated", Baçi: With Berisha under "house arrest", the opposition is being violated

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Luan Baçi, has stated that with former Prime Minister Sali Berisha under "house arrest", the opposition is being hit.

Baçi said that even the first request of SPAK should go through the Parliament, as according to him, the Constitution was violated.

He added that these actions of SPAK are attacks on the opposition, which is vulnerable.

"If SPAK's first request would pass through the Parliament, we were in full agreement. Why don't you accept that the Constitution has been violated? I did not say that there is no opposition at home with Berisha.

I said that the opposition is violated, but no, there is no opposition. It will turn into a boomerang, with Berisha at home, the opposition will be stronger. Every type of decision that SPAK takes hits the opposition, because it is an attack on the opposition," Baçi said in "Euronews".
