UPDATE/Informative Edition, 12:00

Readers of "Pamphlet" we invite you to follow the noon news edition, where, among other things, we highlight:

The conflict continues, judges respond to Rama/Boll with prime ministerial slander

The National Association of Judges of Albania has reacted strongly to Prime Minister Edi Rama's statements regarding their request to the Constitutional Court for a salary increase.
In a statement to the media, the judges have described Rama's reaction as "public, media and completely hysterical slander", emphasizing that the process in question is still under review in the Constitutional Court and should be addressed there, not in public.

In their response, the judges emphasize that their initiative is not aimed at increasing salaries, as has been publicly presented, but at protecting the principles of the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary.
Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted a day earlier through a video message, where he accused the Judges' Association of "secretly" seeking to increase their salaries, which according to him would cost the state budget about 37 million euros from the taxes of Albanian citizens.

Rama's attacks, the Prosecutors' Association reacts: Populist campaign by the Prime Minister, Constitutional pressure

The Prosecutors' Association reacted immediately after Prime Minister Rama's statements in a live broadcast this morning.

According to the Prosecutors' Association, the pressure being exerted on Prime Minister Edi Rama does not serve the strengthening of the rule of law.

Further in the statement, it is stated that this is a speculative and populist campaign aimed at lynching judges and exerting pressure on the Constitutional Court.

The director of "IdentiTek" is dismissed/ Freskida Halilaj dismissed employees who did not sign

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has dismissed the director of "IdentiTek", Freskida Halilaj.
The clear motives for the dismissal are not yet known.

We recall that Freskida Halilaj has held the position of director of "IdentiTek" since November 2024.

Previously, this position was held by Loina Prifti. The appointment of the new director is expected to take place today.

We recall that a few months ago, Pamfleti denounced the dismissals of "IdentiTek" employees who did not sign the contracts ordered by director Freskida Halilaj.

"Pamphlet" learned a while ago that for several months, debates and clashes have erupted within the company, and the cause was a tender, which is very suspicious.

Brussels Report/ Albanian Administration Terrorized by Ministers

A scathing report has been approved in Brussels for Albania, which risks blocking or suspending the country's further progress towards the European Union.

Designed by a group of European Commission experts, the inspection was prompted by interviews with a section of the Albanian administration. This type of interview is standard for studying and understanding aspects of the situation in labor relations and is not always applied, but only in specific cases for countries seeking EU membership.

The report, which is said to be more of an informal document than part of the acquis communautaire, has brought to light shocking data.
Employees of ministries and central institutions have confessed to interviewers that they feel terrorized by their bosses.

A serious example mentioned in this report is Mirela Kumbaro, Minister of Education, who according to evidence has terrorized the administration. When requesting the completion of a task, she is said to order "don't talk, it should have been done", without argument and without a treatment process.

Complaints have also been sent to Prime Minister Edi Rama from terrorized employees from the Ministry of Education, but according to the report, he forwarded the complaints to the relevant minister, who then exerted even greater pressure on their perpetrators.
