The death of the 3-year-old, Ina Xhaxho did not have a license, the parents

The parents of 3-year-old Brian Spahiu have requested the dismissal of Alma Felaj as a prosecutor who is investigating the case of the minor's death after dental checks at the clinic of doctor Roland Xhaxho.

This month they had a meeting with the head of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana where they also presented documents where they claim that the prosecutor did not act even though the "Splendent" clinic was unlicensed at the time the boy was checked.

They submitted to the Prosecutor the results of an inspection made by the State Health Inspectorate immediately after the event, which showed that the subject in question was not licensed to practice medical and dental services at the time he performed the intervention.

This is the document on which the father of the deceased is based, in which it is written that an administrative measure has been imposed on the clinic for violating the relevant law.

Roland Xhaxho's daughter, Ina Xhaxho, complained about this measure, but it was again left in force.

Brian Spahiu died in the pediatric intensive care unit at QSUT on October 1, 3 days after the intervention at the private Splendent clinic, within the premises of the private Zemra hospital in Tirana.

Father and daughter, Roland and Ina Xhaxho are under investigation in a state of freedom from the charge of Tirana for the criminal offense "Negligence in medical treatment", which is considered a criminal offense and as such in the initial stage does not accept the security measure "arrest in prison".
