Journalist Klodian Tomorri, commenting on the death of 3-year-old Brian Spahiu after undergoing general anesthesia at Roland and Ina Xhaxho's dental clinic, said that the prosecution's investigation should not be treated as an investigation against a doctor, but should go further to build a system that guarantees maximum safety for the patient.

Even if there is an investigation that will find a doctor or someone else guilty, this does not solve the problem that needs to be solved fundamentally. We can put doctors in jail endlessly, but the point is to build a system that guarantees maximum safety for the patient. So that those clinics that come out and advertise are capable of doing that work and are certified, not like today when nothing is heard and you have clinics in every neighborhood, you can go there and you don't know what you will end up with you face", said Tomorri in the show "The Unexposed".
