This Wednesday, the Supreme Court returned the case for the seal and logo of the Democratic Party to the Appeal for reconsideration.
Thus the Supreme Court decided to annul the decision of Judge Agron Zhukri and to return the seal of the Democratic Party to the Court of First Instance for a retrial.
Regarding this decision, journalist Poli Hoxha said that this decision is an open undermining of the opposition.
"Because everyone already knows that the main pole of the opposition is the Democratic Party, regardless of whether it is divided or not.
It is the only opposition with all the groups that make it up and that have been in a civil war for two years. Today's decision of the Court as an end to this situation, since a divorce case does not go on for so long, no longer a party .
And it can't be held hostage since two elections were held and the 2025 elections are approaching and still the same discussion about who has the PD. And this cannot be just a judicial formality, since this situation has a strong effect on the stupor of the militants below, but also of the entire opposition people, who are distracted.
Therefore, in these circumstances, I welcome today's decision of the Supreme Court, which tells the Appeal that it has had the opportunity since it made the decision on Zhukri, to examine the appeal itself, and this issue will be resolved by the Appeal itself, and not there are reasons to return it to the Court of Fact," said Poli Hoxha, among other things.
